Lignacite release NEW acoustic data

Lignacite release NEW acoustic data for single leaf and cavity wall blockwork for their Lignacite and Lignacrete products. The data obtained through acoustic testing, is focussed on wall constructions that can achieve a high level of sound reduction (Rw). The constructions investigated include:
- Cavity walls with dissimilar thickness leaves
- Single leaf 100 and 140mm walls with acoustic panels
Some of the constructions achieve a sound reduction of over 60dB, making the blocks suitable for use in the some of the most demanding acoustic environments.
