GOLF FOR GOOD SILENT AUCTION

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. The ‘Golf for Good’ Silent Auction will remain open for bids until 5:00 PM on Friday, 27th June 2025.

2. Winning bidder(s) will be announced on Monday, 30th June 2025.

3. There are three individual places available, or participants may bid to secure the entire team of four.

4. Minimum bid: £250 per person. Bids below this threshold will not be considered valid.

5. All bids must be submitted via email to charity@lignacite.co.uk, including your full name and bid amount (either per person or for a full team of four).

6. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), Lignacite’s chosen Charity of the Year.

7. The prize for winning this silent auction is a place, or places, at the Gog Magog Charity Golf Day, followed by dinner at King’s College Cambridge, on Friday, 19th September 2025. The number of places awarded will depend on the number and/or size of bids submitted.

8. Lignacite will not cover travel, parking, accommodation, or any other associated costs incurred by the winning bidder(s) for attending the event.

9. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

11. Winners will be notified via the email address used to submit their bid.

12. Tickets will be sent to the winner(s) by Lignacite once they become available.

13. By entering the auction, participants confirm they accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate in related publicity.

14. Entrants who do not agree to these terms will be automatically disqualified.

15. This promotion has been arranged in good faith. Lignacite and its partners accept no liability for any issues arising in connection with the auction or event.

16. Entrants’ personal information, including photos, may be used for promotional purposes on Lignacite’s website and social media platforms. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or contract.

17. Employees of Lignacite and their immediate family members can enter the silent auction.

18. Lignacite reserves the right to cancel or amend the auction at any time.

19. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
