Terms & Conditions: Fly Over London Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lignacite Ltd (“Lignacite”), Norfolk House, High Street, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 0AX.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The competition is intended for construction industry professionals only (including but not limited to architects, contractors, subcontractors, specifiers, builders merchants, housebuilders, engineers, surveyors and developers).
2.3 Employees of Lignacite, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on 12th March 2026.
3.2 The competition closes at 23:59 on 9th April 2026.
3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry is via completion of the official sign-up form on the Lignacite website during the competition period.
4.2 By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Lignacite.
4.3 No purchase is necessary.
4.4 Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be accepted.
4.5 Lignacite reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The draw will take place on 10th April 2026.
6.3 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification (5pm on Monday 13th April), Lignacite reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. 5. The Prize
    5.1 The prize consists of one helicopter flight over London for two people only. Travel and accommodation are not included.
    5.2 While the preferred location for the helicopter flight is London, it may be possible to arrange the flight over another major UK-based city (excluding Northern Ireland), subject to agreement with the Promoter (Lignacite Ltd).
    5.3 The flight will be provided by a third-party operator and is subject to the operator’s terms, weather conditions, availability and safety restrictions.
    5.4 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
    5.5 Lignacite reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Publicity
7.1 Lignacite may request that the winner participates in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition.
7.2 The winner’s name and company may be published on Lignacite’s website and social media channels.
7.3 The winner may object to such publication by notifying Lignacite at the time of acceptance.

8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Lignacite’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://lignacite.co.uk/privacy-policy/
8.2 By entering the competition, entrants consent to their data being used for the purposes of administering the competition and for receiving marketing communications from Lignacite.
8.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Liability
9.1 Lignacite accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9.2 Lignacite shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9.3 The helicopter flight is provided by a third-party operator, and Lignacite accepts no responsibility for the operation or conduct of the flight.

10. General
10.1 Lignacite reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The decision of Lignacite regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
10.3 The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
